The Pilot That Became the Playbook: How ULM Rebuilt Institutional Reporting from the Ground Up
- When
- Wednesday, September 30 | 2:15–3:00 PM MT
- Where
- Mile High Ballroom 2C, Lower Level
The University of Louisiana System set out to standardize reporting across campuses running very different technology stacks. It started as a single-campus pilot at the University of Louisiana at Monroe — a full rebuild of the data governance framework, with new reporting models for completers, census, the applicant funnel, and a cash-reporting blueprint.
What ULM built for itself became the template. This panel covers how one institution's focused investment turned into a governance approach that other campuses across the system are now adopting directly, and what it takes to make a pilot survive contact with a whole university system.
